RETURN POLICY
Ashley Snell Collection does not offer refunds, only store credit.
Items may be exchanged or returned within 14 days of purchase so long as the following:
- All merchandise must be unwashed and unworn with the original hangtags attached.
- All garments must be returned in their original packaging with the manufacturer tags attached.
- To start a return, you can contact us at orders@ashleysnellcollection.com or click on this link and initiate one automatically.
- $10 shipping cost will be deducted from your return

Exceptions / non-returnable items
- ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL. Items will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
- Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.
- Certain types of items cannot be returned, like jewelry, bodysuits, accessories (hats, slippers, purses, water bottles), undergarments (underwear, socks).
- Gift cards cannot be returned.
- All Hotel Collection products are not returnable if opened.
Damages and Issues
- Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges

Refunds
We do not offer refunds, only store credit. In order to initiate click "RETURNS" in the header navigation in the menu of the online store & follow the instructions.
- We are unable to refund original shipping charges.
